One-pan lasagne

One-pan lasagne

This recipe isn’t a lasagne. Instead, it borrows everything I love about one: a rich ragù, layers of pasta and plenty of bubbling cheese, while skipping the hours of simmering, layering and baking. Broken lasagne sheets are folded through a quick ragù before being topped with a ricotta, parmesan and cream mixture, then baked until golden and bubbling.
