She’s been a trusty favourite for over 17 years and has never failed me. I’ve spoken before about my deep love of puddings (some of you might remember @puddingclub_au ???) I think they sum up my cooking (and maybe my personality) quite well. They reflect the way I like to cook: simple, satisfying, and real.
